VE6DRO is an open, non-affiliated, coordinated amateur radio repeater serving Calgary and the surrounding region.
The repeater is connected to the BrandMeister and QuadNet Array DMR networks.
Please note: Static talk groups are predefined on the repeater and are available 24/7. No activation is required from a user perspective. Key-up and GO.
Dynamic talk groups are also available on the repeater, however they require user activation simply by "kerchunking" the talk group. The group will remain active during the period there is local activity and will timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity.
